Attorney Bio

Mr. Kass is the co-managing partner of the law firm of Kass Shuler, P.A. in the Tampa Bay area and South Florida. He attended Pennsylvania State University for his undergraduate education (B.A.) and received his law degree from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans. He has been practicing in the field of commercial and business law which embodies litigation, real estate, bankruptcy, collection law, and UCC law as well. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the Middle District of Florida of Florida, the American Bar Association, and the Commercial Law League of America.

Mr. Kass is also a lifelong member of Vistage, an international business group. He has written various articles regarding commercial litigation, collection law, and bankruptcy law, and have been a contributing editor to the Florida Bar Publications. He is a frequent speaker to trade associations, business groups, credit groups, and trade conventions throughout the United States.
