Attorney Bio

Mr. Mouch was born in Chicago, Illinois and later moved to Tampa as a child. He attended The Colorado College where he played on the baseball team and served as a resident advisor. After graduating from college, he returned to Florida where he attended the University of Miami School of Law to obtain his Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Mouch is a creditor’s rights lawyer representing throughout the State of Florida individuals and businesses including banks and credit unions. He collects money for his clients through voluntary payment plans, filing Complaints, garnishments or levies, if necessary. His extensive collections experience permits him to provide seminars for clients, trade organizations, and other lawyers regarding the collection practice including compliance with the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and the Florida Consumer Collections Practices Act.
